Lord of Lords
Real Name: Unknown Aliases: Identity: Occupation: Citizenship: Place Of Birth: Known Relatives: Group Affiliation: First Appearence: Has cybernetic body armor that looks like a combination of high tech chainmail and plate. He has high mobility in the suit and a good degree of protection. He has repulsors in his boots and so he can fly with speed accuracy and control. Wears a cape that is attached to his armor and can disengage on mental comand to be used as a weapon in it's own right. The cape is chainmail made of titanium in between two layers of fabric. Computer deaplays in his Helm give him tacticle readouts, an advantage tha Lord of Tech also enjoys. He uses a high tech longsword that, while it can cut near the point, it is a mass weapon (ie one can break bone) that at his command will deliver a varring degree of electric charge (from the point it is the strongest because of the focus on a small area, from the edges of the blade it is more defuse). He can also do that with his hands gauntlets. His ranged weapons of choice are 1)knives that are able to be thrown by hand or launched from his armor (6 on each vambrace) they are razor sharp on both sides and double pointed; his gauntlets protect him from their edges. 2)A tazor-on-steroids meets a harpoon-on-steroids type of projectile that packs and electric jolt ranging from no jolt to leathil and then some...but the unique thing of THIS weapin is that it mushrooms once it is inside the target...usually it has gone through the targets body...it spreads out and then Lord of Lords can reel the weapon back in to his position capturing his oponent or at least bringing them in to close quarters combat range, while being significantly wounded, and still attached to him. Personality: He is a true believer in the causes of House of Lords and of Mobius. If he is caught he will not surrender or ask for quarter. He will try to escape and he is quite good at it. Pain and other durress are basically useless as "incentives" to this man. He has his own code of honnor, while he will not ask for quarter he may grant it, he is not brutal, in his own mind he is expident. (His tazer-harpoon hybred even can steralize itself after use, so it can be used again in the same engagement) He prefers to wound, serriously if necessary, but to leave an opponent down/neutralized, he has even called for medical units and alerted fire fighters, and used the expiramental (and highly effective) Protean bandaging gell that all his troops carry, on an enemy or oponent he admires to keep them alive untill help arives. Akilled in Karate, and Kendo with Balck Belts in both as well as being a master fencer, he does not need his armor to win a fight. He prefers not to kill and will do so with reluctance or if driven to by the necessity of circumstances. Interesting Fact:He is devoted to his younger brother. World View: basically paralells Mobius idea that there can be no light without darkess, loss for one means gain for another and all will ballence out, with the best of every category rising to the top. Practially Mobius make no distinction between the person who is an expert Kindergarden teacher and the person who is an expert Assasin. like Mobius, he wants the world to live in a "Benificiant Technocracy" that focuses on consistant beterment and excelence. Real Name: Unknown Aliases: Identity: Occupation: Citizenship: Place Of Birth: Known Relatives: Group Affiliation: First Appearence: He is insane with moments of sanity or sane with monents of insanity depending on your point of view. If someone were to combine the Joker, the Killer Clown from Spawn, Robin Williams on acid and Jim Cary on speed put it in a blender and add streoids they might come close to this guy. With the others I have not given you a personal history really, but I have to make the exception with him. He was a History Major, and a Collage World Class Gymnast Competing in the Gymnastic Pentethalon. (15 events) He had a rivalry friendly but still a rivalry with a man of similar age, they had competed since they were young boys nearly equal in every way their scores were usually seperated by 1 point. They were good natured and driven. Then one competition his friend blew him away because he had gotten what was then expieramental cybernetic enhancements. Lord of Missrule wanting to compete with his friend/rival on the same footing went and had the still expirimentsl procedure done. The Judging comittie had no rules against it at the time after all. It took him the better part of a year before he had the full contol to use the enhancements. He and his riend compeated gain and he score was tied. Both were flawless, even in the category, newly opened up, for CYbernetically enchnced athleats. They shared teh Gold that day, and then, shortly thereafter the use of cybernetics was banned. Both young men had the procedure reversed. He survived but his friend did not. He vowed to win for both of them. He spent years getting back to where he was before he had the enhancements, at first after he had the enhancements removed he could not walk and was confined to a wheelchair, he had dies on the table and been brought back to life...and now he had a mission to put that life towards, to show that you could come back even from the pain and humiation he had been put through. His brother adn their family supported him hrough all of this. WHile he was ging through his physical rehabilitation he got his Batchlors, Masters and PhD in History specializing in the Middle Ages. A month before his competition for the Pentathalon he was doing his routine workout, basically all the events he would have to do for the competition in order, under the watchfull eye of his brother, He was doing his all time bersonal best, happy, joyfull...He Was Back!!!, when his brothers phone rang and he moved away a bit to speak away from the music that was playing for the workout, and in privacy. He never heard his brother get into trouble, and fall snapping several vertebre in his back and neck. When he was finnished with his call Lord of Lords locked in to see his brother down on the floor, not breathing, he felt a pulse and his brothers breaths were shalow, he called from an ambulance and he was air evacuated from their home to the best hospital. Told that his brother would never move without cybernetic enhancements Lord of Lords agreed to their being re-iplanted. The Drs told him that since they had been taken off once and it had almost cripled him for life the cybernetics must not ever come off again. Lord of Lords replied that he already knew this, that he and his brother had already had this conversation with the Drs when the cybernetics were first removed. Sayng simply "Do it" This was done and round the clock watching happened as the younger man struggled to come back to consciousness after the medically induced healing coma. He saw his brother, the Drs Nurses medical staff, and asked what day it was since he realized he had been injured, then he found out it had been months...at first he said, "Well I guess I will go for another Masters Degree so I can compete next year, I got back once I can do it again" then his brother told him what had been done. The younger man freaked out, started to shae his head no , saying "no, no you wouldn't do that to me, your my brother, you love me,.....I love you..." Seeing the truth in his brthers eyes the young man screamed "I hate you!" and jumped ut the window breaking the double paned safety glass he hit the ground running and kept on running, not bad since he was on the 4th floor. The sent security after him, and security haaad to tazer him down, after chasing him down with their carts...the Dr that reached them first sedated the Younger man, who, as he drifted off said "this is just one of those nightmares, I know that. My brother wouldn't do this to me, I'll wake up...common wake up......wake....." That was the last time he was his "Old self" When he woke up after another medically induced coma he was insane. His brother has loved and cared for him, and even gotten him to be managable, he and the rest of the Team deal with his insanity. Of course the rest of the Team would have him comitted (or in the case of Lord of Tech, he would kill him and disect him) if they could ever convince Lord of Lords....but Lord of Lords is holding out for a cure or at least improvement. There has been some improvement, and his memory has returned especially for his love of and knowledge of History. Lord of Tech has upgraded his cybernetics so he has good control and a grasp of the situation, mostly...some wild moments but you never now when they will occur. Mostly he is directable, and works as part of the team, even if he has his own unique worldview. Note: he will tell you that he does not have a problem, he likes the new him just fine, the only problem he has is his brother, who just doesn't understnad that he is happy being who he is. His armor is chain over leather with some pieces of plate. He can and does fly, usually while making motions like he is running on the air. He has done things like running off a building..then running in place in the air...getting an umbrella out from his equipment putting it up waving bye bye, then letting himself fall...only to catch himself right at the end of the fall. Lord of tech has a "switch" installed in his cybernetics that will render the Lord of Missrule unconscious...is/when necessary. Mostly they just let him do his thing. He is a valuable Team member if only because he distracts the opponents. He is Deadly sometimes and he has no problem killing, but his brother and Lord of Arms can redirect him. His weaponry is unique. He uses a standared .38 automatic...exceept each built has been engraved with the words "your name" because this way you get a bullit with your name on it...get it...he is full of them. He has a gun that shoots ping pong balls too...some regualr, some have acid in them some have jelly.....He loads hem at randome. He fires adhisive darts like Lord of Tech but his have pepper in them so you sneeze. He has a smoke screne that comes out of his ass...and an oil slick too. He has a cape adn wears a tabbard with the House of Lords Crest (he insisted they have one made up) and the symbol for Mobius (a Mobius strip) He wears a cape that changes sizes. He shoots a waterpistol...which might have water in it, or oil, or lemon juice, or red paint. A black belt in Akido and brown belt in Tai Chi before his injuries, he has lost none of his fighting knowledge or the muscell memory, and he is still a fierce competor. He will even complain when others go after "his target" even to help him out. He is the most likely to involve civilians in the fighting. He wears clothing from the middle ages and a crown like circlet on his head of holly and misteltoe and evergreen, one of the symbold for the Lord of Missrule in the Middle Ages. Hic cape is red and gold and like his brothers it ataches to his armor and detaches at will. He hits people over the head or other places with a speter looking like device that looks like the speters that jesters had...only with flashing lights in its eyes, and the ability to hit with and electric shock. He sometimes for fun will shock himself. some of his lines: While holding the body of a man he killed "Little Jack Horner sat in the corner eating his Christmas Pie. He stuck in his thumb" (here he sticks in this thrumb which has a large claw like nail on it at the moment ):and pulled out a plum" (looks at the eye quisically) "Hey!!! youre not a plum...where is my plum!!! I want my plum!!! (while he is cutting in to the body) Hey...whats this...it looks like a plum...sort of...a big one...no, wait I know what that is it's a liver" " In the Middle ages it was a commonly held believe that the Liver was the seat of the emotions. The Heart was reserved for the higher devotions like love and honnor and devotion while the Liver was seen as the spot where in dwelt the baser desires, like Carnal Lust" (admireing the liver) "Anyone got some onion, I always have onion with my liver" Needing to leave Lord of Tech throws the switch and Lord of Arms picks him up and carries him to their heliocopter> In the middle of a fight between some of the team and Aura while Aura and Lord of Arms are fighting hand to hand Lord of Missrule pops up dragging a woman jogging with her full grown rotwiler. Lord of Missrule is up in the air dragging her by the neck as he sings.....they are up in th air far enough so that the dog who is on a choke chain id being slowly strangled, as he is being dragged. Lord of Missrule: (dancing like that clasic frog cartoon)I was looking over as rover drove her to sheer extasy!!! But now I'm looking over my dead dog rover cause she liked him better then me!!! (bows and responds to applause that only he can hear) Thank you thank you I'll be here all week!!! (to Aura) Unless you surrender now that is. Aura: (looking at Lord of Misrule but speaking to Lord of Arms) You work with this idiot!!! Lord of Missrule: (one hand on hip) Hey I resemble that remark! Lord of Arms:(reluctantly) Yes I do Aura: (sincerly) You have my simpathies. Lord of Arms (sincerly) Thank you Missrule: so what is it gonna be huh.....I mean I like her, I can keep this up just about forever, she might even live for some it it. Aura: I'm thinking....what terms are you ofering? (slowly the presure on the dog loosens...he is starting to float in the air...he doesn't notice or fight it..he is looking intently at Aura...during the following bit of dialogue the dog slowly raises till the color slips over his head, the color just stays there and Missrule does not notice) Missrule: Terms Terms...what is she talking about Terms...sememsters......what Term is it Arms: The terms for her surrender. (patiently explaining and helping Aura to keep Missrules attention away from the dog) When you ask for someones surender you have to offer terms. Missrule: hmmmmm she can have the Fall and Spring Term but she cant have the Summer terms that is too much. Aura: sounds good to me, I never did like Sumer Terms (Aura lifts dog to over Missrules head drops dog on Missrules head Missrule drops to the group drops girl who is strangly cushioned and lands softly to the side of Missrule her dog licks her face and jumps up and down in happiness landing on Missrule each time...he is trying to catch his breath. Arms steps up to him and grabs both his hands) Arms: She is a civilian, a non combatant. We do not hurt civilians. Missrule: Her dog hurt me first. I am going to turn him in to to the Society for the Prevention of Crualty to Humans, and I am turning you into PETA for using a dog to atack me. Arms: You atacked his human first. Missrule: (testy) Well if you want to get technical about it! (Aura has been moving woman and dog to cover...then they run for it. After a nod to Arms she flys cover for the woman and her dog) MORE

Real Name: Unknown Aliases: Identity: Occupation: Citizenship: Place Of Birth: Known Relatives: Group Affiliation: First Appearence: He has flexable body armor that appear to be chain mail over a forn of quilting. No cape. He does not fly but has the capability to slow and control his descent, and to angle his descent somewhat, to a favorable landing location. He has a Heads up desplay that is like Lord of Lords for tacticle and also he can check on each team member on their location and their physical health. He is the team medic and mechanic. He is a Dr of Cybernetics and a Dr of Medicine, and designed and built the armor and the gear that the team uses. Weapons of choice 1)Projectile darts that analize the metabolism of his enemy, the first one os always sharp and like a small version of Lord of Lords Tazer Harpoon it mushrooms out in the targets flesh while the analisis is done and beamed back to his heads up display. Should the targets flesh be unable to be punctured by the first dart, then the next dart is a powerfull adhisive tip that just sticks there and gathers the skin that flakes off all the time from all of us (no saving throw) for anaysis. Note:This method is not as accurate as getting living skin and blood. After the enemy is analized a proper dose of a proper substance is loaded into another dart and sent onto the target...if a pointed dart can penetrate) the actions of the drug administered range from seditive to slow them down, seditive to knock them out, poisons to kill slow or debilitate, to haliucinigen. If the dart can not penetrait the skin then he used a controled burst of arasol drugs as listed, this is done by a adheisive dart that has the payload that sticks close to the targets nose, then releases its payload. Winds can disapate this weapon to either mitigate its effect or to blow over friendly targets or other enemy targets. NOTE: All team members have such things as anti venim, and antidotes that can be despensed by themselves or by Lord of Tech remotely. They all have the Protean bandaging gell that they carry as a stop gap measure for themselves, friends or sometimes foes. When he is forced into close combat Lord of Tech uses daggars that are equiped with a monofilimant edge, and that have some drugs available to him to insert in the wound (they dispense from the dagger grip) as well as an electric shock. With his knowledge of anatomy and armor he is deadly with the daggars without the use of drugs and electricity. His other favored weapon is a blood flume...these come out of the underside of his vambraced into his hands, they are like a large hollow needle with a strong sharp point, they are gage 0 so they are quite large. He atacks with them by putting them into a major artery or vein where his target can not reach, jams them in and the target slowly bleads to death unless the target gets help or can remove the blood flume. Physically quite strong without his armor and enhanced by it he can grab and throw oponents if he wants to. A student of Judo he is formidable without any of his weapons or armor, but he prefers to wear it, and his been known to wer either his full Helm or a modified version around their Lair so he can continue to work with the computers privately. In the Lair he has extensive Labs. Lord of Tech has no problem killing an enemy, however he also has no problem keeping them alive for later study. The main defensive capability of his armor is to deliver a hefty electric shock at close range, and at closer range he can have small spikes come out from his armor into his atacker...these are small versions of the blood flume, and will take down an enemy target from blood loss quite quickly if they can penetrate the skin. Interesting fact: Aura (one of my Heroes who you will meet later) used to baby sit him as a child, and she is friends with his parents whom she admires, and who he thinks are foolish. Aura recognized him, but he has not recognized her. This is mainly due to his World View. World View: Could be summed up easily as this "All the world is a Lab and I am the Dr Researcher. You are all potential subjects. You are all lesser beings. you are all below me." If there is one person whome he thinks is close to him as far as an equil, it is Lord of Lords. The main reason why Lord of Lords is not really his equal is because Lord of Lords attachment to Lord Of Missrule.MORE
Lord of Arms

He sees himself as protecting the most vulnerable members of the group and he is a natural born leader as is Lord of Lords. He is a taker of Calculated Risks even within the ranks of House of Lords and Mobius. He is a very Honnest and Honorable man. He goes out of his way to not involve civilians and to reduse colateral damage. He is a voice of reason. Frequestly at odds with Lord of Tech. He is the only one that Lord of Lords trust fully and trusts to tell him the truth and where he stands on any and all issues. Lord of Lords has Lord of Arms as a Team leader if he is not there to run the operation or is there are two teams neaded. Lord of Arms is often left in charge with Lord of Tech, the two of them picked by Lord of Lords because they can keep the other Lords in control and because, since they will almost never get along, Lord of Lords knows that anything serrious will be waiting for him to decide. Lord of Lords knows that Lord of Arms will always protect his brother Lord of Missrule even though he gets on Lord of Arms nerves constantly. (he does it to everyone else too Lord of Missrule is a pain) Lord of Arms wears armor that is mostly plate a standard cybernetic battle suit with some unique toots and whistles. The helm is like to others and he has the same slow fall capability, he can fly. Besides the enhancement to his strength which permits him to fight with far larger and stronger oponents on and equal footing he can deliver shocks like the others and use repulsors from his hands. He has a large weapon, a bazuka style projectile thrower that he has several rounds for, that he can cybernetically select. Basically its use is anti object but can be used for anti personell work against a suficiently strong oponent...he caries 4 rounds for it one is already chambered. The suit inhances his natural physical strength and ajility. He is skilled in all forms of hand to hand combat armed and unarmed, with black belts in Kendo, Karate and Judo ; Brown in Tai Chi , Akido and Kempo, he also does wresteling and boxing and fencing also he fights with varrious kinds of swords, sword and shield and he is a member of the SCA Society for Creative Anachronism and he has atained the rank of Lord and of Knight in the SCA. He is a Marksman quality shot with a hand gun or an assualt rifel. He may or may not be carring those firearms, any or all of them, and depending on the circumstances he may or may not be carrying a nife or sword. He is the quickest of all of them to use whatever is handy as a weapon. He will kill in open battel. He will not kill or atack civilians. He will not atack or harm anyone who has stopped fighting or who has surendered. He ofers and gives quarter. He stops his Teammates from abusing prisoners. Although he will pretect and defend his Teammates, Lord of Missrule anoys him and frankly embarases him. He spars with everyone ans is as you would expect the Weaponsmaster for the team. Lord of Pleasure

It is just something about him. He wears a stylish cape. His armor is all Leather that is skintight, with the high tech chain mail hiden betwen the silk he wears under it and the leather. He wears no cloves that you can see, what you can not see is the cybernetics that are just under the skin, sub dermal cybernetics that let him on contact with the skin of an oponent flood their bodies with pleasure, from a little to an overwhelming disorienting, and ultamately incapactiating degree. He has a unique defensive atack where he has phermones that he exudes under his control that cause people to not want to hit him, if he or one of his team mates can hold an oponent in rane long enough to breathe in enough then hat person will be pacified and will cease fighting. His armor also has a form of electric repulsor shield, that is strongest nearest his face, to trun atacks away. Most of the available power in his cybernetics go to powering this. He is skilled in Tai Chi (Black Belt) when he goes hand to hand. His istance weapon is his voice, electronically modulated and if necessary amplified, he uses it to distract in a fight, to sow confusion among his enemies and to also to make them less willing to atack...the modulation works like hypnosis. He is terrified of having his face forever ruined beyond the sills of plastic surgury to repair. He will not kill. World View: The Beautiful People should have their wants and needs attended to all all time, we deserve it. Beauty and the Pleasure Princpal above all. (He would definately agree with the star who said that "we should have universal health care because everyone should be able to have plastic surgury" he thinks that she should run for president in 2016) Interesting Fact: He hates his Cousins and is terrified of them. He once used his cybernetics on them, striking them with pleasure and after they had retailited he spent 5 onths till he was fully recovered, and re constructed.MORE
Lord of Pain
Real Name: Unknown Aliases: Identity: Occupation: Citizenship: Place Of Birth: Known Relatives: Group Affiliation: First Appearence: As the others for the Helm and the slow fall tech...armor is like his brothers. Like his brother he is skilled in wresteling, boxing, and kick boxing. His main weapon is an electric whip...he has several he carries from a mulit tailed flogger, a 6 foot singletail and one that is 18 foot bullwhip. They all deliver 2 kinds of electric atacks: the main one of impact that they all deliver and the one the singletail & bullwhip delivers after it has wraped an enemy, a consistant electric pulse that is debilitating and that continues till the weapon is removed of he turns it off. He carries a variation of the Tazer-Harpoon as one of his 2 distance weapons, namely it is a projectile that he deploys and it bursts on impact to wrap around and oponents limb, enngulfing it with a web/net of fibets that pulse electricity (similer to his bullwhip) he can then reel them to him by that limb. His other distance weapon is a large net, he can shoot it or it can stay in his hand and he ues it like a netfighter gladiator in th Roman Arena. It is clearly metal, heavy but he handles it well and quickly, when he chooses to give the comand it will also give continual shocks. He can also use it to capture, or slow down and oponent. He will kill but prefers to take down an oponent, preferably painfully. Interesting Fact: He loves his brother although you would never now it from his actions and words. Real Name: Unknown Aliases: Identity: Occupation: Citizenship: Place Of Birth: Known Relatives: Group Affiliation: First Appearence: He has a true gift. I Phyonic Pre-cognative with Telepathy and a moderate talent for telekinisis. His Visions are 100% accurate, however he only sees small parts of the whole picture. Example, he may see a gun shooting at himself, as in, he is in the position of the target, and he sees the surounding area from that perspective, but will he be the actual target, what time will the shooting occur...that kind of thing. He can read anyone mind if they are in his range, and he has the ability to focus, if they are not trained to block mental Telepathy or able to shield naturally. His Telekinisis lets him pick up amd move moderately sized objects of up to 100 lbs in weight...he has a chance to do more in an emergancy since desperate times calls for desperate measures, but for the most part that is his limit. He uses his natural talent offensively and defensively, moving things in the way of oponents usually where they can not see them ("where did that garbage bin come from that I am tripping over") He uses it at a way to aim his darts fired from a hand cross bow with devistating accuracy, the darts he uses are only seditive darts, not poison or halucination inducing, because of the way he is using his Gifts to aim he fears a psychic backlash from using anything else (he can counter sedation with stimulants if he starts feeling sedated himself) He will not kill, under any circumstances for the same reason. His armor is chainmail Tunic and Pants under a robe and cape much like a wizzard might ware. He has sveral wands that are Techno-cybernetically made to throw lightinig bolts, fireballs, and a strong concentraited harsh beam of light. He carries a staff that has th same Cybernetics in it but that can be used for hand to hand fighting and it will give a shock to whome ever grabs it (he has leather insulated gloves to protect his hands) A fan of the Forgotten Reams and R A Salvatorie's Drizzit Do'Urden and Jarlaxel Baenre he emphathises with the Drow He is one of the Team that can fully fly. His helmet like Lord of Pleasures reviels his face, with the repulsor shield in place, but not nearly as strong and Lord of Pleasure's (because of his flight ability) He uses his teleknisis o help him when he flys (like mauvering) Interesting fact: Aura was the first other real Phychic he had ever met in his life. His hands are covered in gauntlets that are flexable enough to permit boxing and serious hand to hand fighting, as well as grapling. Like many of the others he can deliver a controled electric jolt from part or his armor and weapons, mainly his hands. He is an expert at boxing and wresteling, and kick boxing. He is good with firearms and caries a pistol that shoots out modified .38 rounds. These are modified to carry a load that also has a tracer in it. He can cybernetically select the strength of the load (ie the amount of gun powder) the weapon is used to mark a target for tracking. He enjoys beating on his oponents and prides himself fo being able to take a beating too. If he wants to use weapons he uses 1 or 2 high tech baton clubs that are shot weighted to give them extra heft. They can also shock with electricity....an interesting point is that Lord of Disicepline tends not to use the electric shock untill after he has connected with the baton instead of the way the others do it, namely triggering the electricity (or the drugs) at the time of impact. Lord of Discipline like to see his enemy take the hit, them hit them with the electricity. He will kill but he prefers to take down his oponent. Interesting Fact: He cares for his brother although you would never know it from his words or his actions. He hates his Cousin, this you can easily guess. World view: The strong survive.
